Have you tried Soto before? This picture was taken while I was dining outside. Soto is one of my fave food in the malay cuisine. The soup is made of chicken broth with a distinct smell of few spices added together, like aniseeds, cummin seeds and coriander seeds. To enjoy a yummy~licious soto, we need to have a piping hot tasty soup, 'cili padi kicap' and lots of garnishing (ie; coriander leaves, peanuts, bean sprouts and shredded chicken). Oh my.. i am salivating now!! :)Enjoy this Soto & Happy Friday! :)
