A Great Pleasure rated PG?

I got my blog rated at Mingle2. See what they rate A Great Pleasure: PG-Parental Guidance Suggested. I laughed at the sight of it. Why do they give me this rate? It's because I have the word 'breast' 4 times. I guessed it's from the breast cancer post. LOL...
