Yay, finally AGP got her own domain!! After much talking and researching for a good webhosting and seeing Marzie just got her own domain too, I've finally decided to settle on GoDaddy. It's really a big step for me as I've to prepare myself to lose all my Techno ranking and hence my PR. But I am just so glad & happy that I've made this decision. Going on my own is so exciting!
Well, transfering isn't as complicated as i thought it would. It's pretty easy, actually! I would like to thank my best blogging friend, Marzie for helping & guiding me throughout the whole process. She was indeed my best blogging friend and certainly AGP's fave person. Thank you, marzie! Now, we can build our PR together-gether, rite? :)
Please Update! "...It's 'http://agreatpleasure.com' now! So, just omit the '.blogspot' from my old url..."
Of course, there are followups to do now. I will need to plan this carefully and not missing anything. Next, I will inform all the programmes that I've joined about my shifting. And then update my MBL, FB, WS, FF and other social networkings i've joined. Oh, and next, i will need you guys to help me with this. Please update my url in your respective blogs. It's 'http://agreatpleasure.com' now! So, just omit the '.blogspot' from my old url. Thank you, peeps! Love ya! :)
First Commentator Congratulations, TH! and thank you for your comments love! :)
Report Phone Numbers "...allows user to comment on certain numbers and let other users know what to expect from these numbers..."
Hello peeps! I've just found out an interesting website. It is like a Phone Number Reporting station. This website allows user to comment on certain numbers and let other users know what to expect from these numbers. For instance, if you've got a call from the sales company, jot it down at this website so that other users will know that this number belongs to a sales company. Isn't it great? Go ahead and take a peek at this website. It's good to know what to expect from an unknown number.
Okay, I am done with my Listen With Your Heart's [LWYH] template. It's really hard to choose which template is the best but I've made my decision. Hope you guys will think it's pretty. I am now in the process of adding in widgets for my sidebar. If everything goes well, I will be able to complete the 're-branding' by end of this week. Wish me luck, k! :)
Web Hosting Review Zone "...reviews were reviewed by certified Internet webmasters, enterprise users, personal users and other e-commerce companies..."
Oh yeah, i would like to ask you guys about something. I've found a great website called Web Hosting Review Zone. It is an independently owned and operating web host review source. All the reviews were reviewed by certified Internet webmasters, enterprise users, personal users and other e-commerce companies. According to their chart and scoreboard, Bluehost has the highest score at 97%. Since it is highly recommended for its speediest setup and reliable web hosting services, I think it should be all right to give LWYH a go. My only worried is that I wouldn't be able to use the blogger "Follow This Blog" feature. Will it be true?
What will you do to the unknown missed call numbers on your phone? Will you hesitate to call them back, because you're afraid they might just be some prank callers or telemarketers?
PhoneInfoTracer.com "...trace any phone number and instantly have the name and address of the unknown caller. All the lookups are 100% confidential..."
I have been in such dilemma and lastly, I've decided to call them back, afraid that it might be calls from my client. Most of the time, they are just some guys who has wrongly dialed. How annoying is that! Now, how I wish I am in United States or Canada, so that I could use PhoneInfoTracer.com to trace any phone number and instantly have the name and address of the unknown caller. All the lookups are 100% confidential as in no one will be notified if you search for their phone number.
The other day, I was just talking about choosing a good web hosting for my blog. Actually I am still having doubts to go by my own domain. With most of my friends complaining about their web hosting, how good will it be for me to go by my own?
IP SERVERONE "...maximum reliability and unbeatable support at an affordable rate..."
But today I found one that might be suitable and I am giving it a second thought. It is a malaysia web hosting with maximum reliability and unbeatable support at an affordable rate. Available in three hosting packages, it starts from as low as RM149/ year. Since it has a company locally based, i can contact their customer support and talk to a real person during our working hours. How convenient! :)
I'm so sorry to all my WS buddies. I know I've not been posting any WS entries for the last 3 weeks. Here's one belated entry. This photo was taken while I was in Egypt last May. This is the Royal Library of Alexandria, Egypt. It was once the largest library in the ancient world. Beautiful isn't it? :)

ok, that's about it from dNeero! Have fun, peeps! :)
With thousands of websites hosting available to us in the net, how do we choose a good one? Lucky for my company that we've engaged a website design company, so choosing a website hosting was no longer our decision. But how about my blog? I've heard my friends complaining many times about server down and bad maintenance by their hosts. These facts have make me abit skeptical on going by my own domain.
Website Hosting Rating "...host rating is based on the customer satisfaction, affordability, reliability, uptime and techical support..."
Lately, I found this website hosting rating in which I could have more insights about good website hosting available. Their host rating is based on the customer satisfaction, affordability, reliability, uptime and techical support. I am always excited about a one-stop centre like this whereby you can have the biggest searchable websites hosting directory with complete information like pricing, space, traffic and reviews. You can also do a comparision among the top website hosting so that you do no need to worry about choosing the one that you will regret.
Lasik have been in the industries for more than 50 years but was only made known to the public a decade ago to improve their eye sight. I remembered when I first heard of LASIK technology during my high school, I was ecstatic. "Finally, I can see well without glasses!", I thought happily. You see, back then, I wore the most hideous glasses at school. I tried all ways not to wear these glasses, including pretending that I can see well. How childish was I?
So, when I finally got the chance to be glasses-free, do you think that I would easily let it go? With a heart for beauty, I searched eagerly for LASIK information. Little did I know that my desire to be glasses-free was soon shattered into million tiny pieces when I found out about the pricing. At that time, it would have cost me about my 5 years of pocket money. Realizing that it is impossible that I could get such a humongous sum of money, I turned to my parents. My parents were being skeptical about this new technology and said that it is not safe, that i might turn blind. Well, they manage to scared me at that time and I have to put my desire back into my "Desire Drawer". Later that year, I opted for a cheaper solution, which is to wear a contact lense.
iLasik Procedure "...is less complicated - fast and painless. It is also proven to be safe. What I am more happy to hear about is that we can pay the fees on installment..."
I've just read on an article about the Department of Defense and NASA validated the fact that today’s LASIK exceeds all established standards of safety and effectiveness. After so many years, my desire is still kept in my "Desire Drawer" but there might just be a chance that I could fulfill my childhood desire now. For the second time, I searched eagerly on Lasik information and was thrilled to found out about iLasik. iLasik procedure is less complicated - fast and painless. It is also proven to be safe. What I am more happy to hear about is that we can pay the fees on installment, as low as $89 per month. :)
I've got tagged again. But this time it is a little different because this tag was created to collect information from our fellow mommies. You see, the tagger, Maicel is planning to open a school for toddlers. Before that, as a preparation, she wanted to know what the mommies thought about the right age of sending their toddlers to school. So, here's my opinion, Maicel. :)
::START::
RULES:
1. Add your blog to the list. If you're keeping multiple blogs, it'll be fine if you add them all up and just post your answers in one of those blogs. 2. IMPORTANT: kindly get back to me [MAICEL] so i will be able to visit your sites, read your answers and include you in the master list. 3. Please do copy from Start to End. 4. You may tag as many online friends as you please.
How old are they? Chloe is 2 yrs and Charmaine is 4 months. What do you think is the ideal age for the kids to be sent to school? 2 yrs old. This is when the kid starting to absorb information. Right now, Chloe is so talkative. And she's so smart!! We've enrolled her into special classes. The class start this October. Would you consider sending your 3-year-old toddler to school? Definitely! :)
Explain your reasons. Like i said, at the age of 2, the kids are starting to absorb information. So, it's better to teach them at this age, when they can easily digest the information, than later on, when they have become slow. The classes could be fun & doesn't necessary be stressful. We've told Chloe about going to school and she seem so excited about it because she have been saying that she wants to go to school. So cute! ^^
Say hello to Daddy Chip! In this episode, Daddy Chip or better known as the handsome yellow banana as described by Mrs. Romania in episode one, made his first appearance. Watch the clip below and you'll surely laugh along.
If you haven't heard of The Sproutwells, click here to watch all the 3 episodes. Of all the characters in these 3 episodes, my favorite is the daughter Ruby Red. Her famous phrase is "Eww..". and she's really cute, not to mention as well as honest. :)

Just add this purple widget at your blog, and Caring.com will contribute $10 to the Alzheimer's Association. It can be personalized with a loved one’s name and comes in different shades and sizes to help match your blog. Come on and let's create one for your blog too!
Do you know that individuals who are over 65 years old are commonly afflicted with Alzheimer disease? Each individual experiences the symptoms of Alzheimer's disease in different ways. The common recognized symptom is memory loss. Often this symptom is mistaken as a form of stress. As the disease advances, other symptoms such as confusions, angers, mood-swings and language breakdown will surfaced.
Many preventive measures have been suggested for Alzheimer's disease, the often recommended are mental stimulation, exercise and balanced diet. But there is no certain guaranteed cure for Alzheimer's disease yet.
I would like to encourage all my US visitors to join Alzheimer's Memory Walk. It is the nation's largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer care, support and research and it calls on volunteers of all ages to become champions in the fight against Alzheimer's. We can really make a differences in lives of those who are affected with this disease. Together we can walk for a purpose!
Im helping Edna to spread the words out about this event. Please join her if you can. :)

"Do you know that the world population is expanding at a mind-boggling rate? Yes, it is. It is estimated that the population will go up to 9 billions by 2050. That's mean if the world's natural resources were evenly distributed, our children or/ and grandchildren will only have 25% of the resources per capita that people in 1950 had.
If we intend to leave our children and grandchildren with the same standard of living we have enjoyed, we must preserve the foundation of that standard of living. We save for college educations, orthodontia, and weddings, but what about saving clean air, water, fuel sources and soil for future generations?"
We do not need be a soldier, aggresively marching down the battle field, to help our Mother Nature. Just be yourself and go green in your daily activities. Here are 10 ways how we can go green:
1. Crank the knob According to the National Environment Agency in Singapore, air-conditioned buildings need only to set their thermostat between 23°C and 25°C. Anything lower is a waste as you simply won't feel a difference in temperature. For every degree you adjust, you spare the air 500 pounds of carbon dioxide.
2. Sweat the small stuff According to http://ecofabulous.blogs.com, if every worker used one less staple, we'd save up to 330,000 tons of steel a day. That's some heavy metal! Switch to a staple-less stapler, available at stationery shops, which folds paper to bind it.
3. Clean green Household cleaning products give off chemical emissions that aren't only harmful to the planet, but to you too. Swap yours for the eco-friendly and completely non-toxic Shaklee Get Clean products.
4. Age your driving style Don't speed: going 90km/h instead of 110km/h slashes fuel consumption by up to 25 per cent. If your car is fitted with a cruise control option, use it when you're driving on teh highway to maintain a steady speed and save on fuel.
5. Eat closer to home Transporting produce across oceans or by air is amajor contributor to pollution. The UN Food and Agriculture Organisation reported in 2006 that 18 per cen of the world's greenhouse gas emissions were due to the international meat industry. Choose locally farmed produce and the demand for imported stuff will fall, along with CO2 levels.
6. Stash your trash Recycle. Yes, it's an obvious one and you would think that after hearing it so many times, we'd be non-stop recycling machines by now, but there are still so may of us who aren't doing it! We chuck 19,000 tons of waste everyday, enough to fill 36 Petronas Twin Towersin a year! About 95 per cent of the waste ends up in landfills, which we're quickly running out of, and who knows how much of it could have been recycled?
7. Be a cone head The next time you feel like eating ice-cream, ask for a cone, not cup. That way, you can eat the whole 'packaging' and there's no paper cup or plastic spoon to toss out.
8. Say no to the machine Don't ask for ATM receipts. If every one in the USA refused theirs, it would save a roll of paper more than two billion feet long, or enough to circle the equator 15 times. Malaysians would create a roll more than 330 million feet long, going round the equator two and a half times.
9. Think natural and cool Using cold water to do the laundry saves 50 per cent more energy than using hot water. To dry, hang them out in the sun - the heat is a natural disinfectant - and you'll again be saving energy, as an automatic dryer uses an average of six per cent of the household electricity.
10. Make sure your fashion is green. We're not going to say stop dry cleaning your clothes, because that's just an impossible request. The next time you do, however, tell the cleaners to skip the plastic. Also, find a greener cleaner - Pressto dry cleaners use biodegradeable stain removers and detergents, and theor machines are eco-friendly too, designed by an in-house team of engineers and technicians. There are outlets in Sri Hartamas (opposite Cat's Whiskers boutique) and Bangsar (Jalan Maarof).
-taken from FEMALE magazine JUNE issue.
Isn't it easy? If each of us play a small role in helping our Mother Nature, I am sure our children or/ and grandchildren will be able to enjoy the same or similar standard of living we had today. So, why not we start today, this very moment! Let's Go Green, shall we?
How? 1. Include your Blog url & name in the below list. 2. Add the blogroll code & flash badge code in your sidebar. 3. Go Green! in your daily activities. 3. (optional) Write about Go Green! in your blog.
Once you have added your blog into the list, i will be visiting you. So, please ensure that you have installed the blogroll & flash badge in your sidebar. If everything is inorder, you will be added to the blogroll. I would like to encourage participants to visit and get to know each others, a pat at the back perhaps. :)
Taxi Travelling around Alexandria is easy. Taxis are everywhere. But the taxi do not go by meter. So you have to set your own charges. If you think the journey is short, around 5mins, then just pay the driver LE5. If he ask for more, just give him another LE2. You have to be tough over there, if not he will ask you for more. Just give him LE2 and leave the taxi.
Horse Chariot Besides taxi, you can also travel by horse chariot, which is easily spotted by the road side. The fare is quite expensive compared to taxi. For a 10mins journey by taxi, horse chariot will cost you LE50. Yes, we were taken aback when he told us the fare, because it will only cost us LE10 if we take a taxi. So darling negotiated the fare with the rider. From LE50, to LE20. Darling firmly said he will only give the max fare LE20. The horse chariot rider have no choice but to accept it. hehe.. good deal, right? :) Anyway, we gave him another LE5 for the good control of the chariot. It was really comfortable sitting in the chariot while enjoying the views, and the cool breeze sweeping through your face.
Tikka, The fishmarket Restaurant A big restaurant by the seaside offering lots of seafood and unforgettable views. You get to select your favorite fish/ seafood and style of cooking. Served with lots of salad & bread, as well as its dippings. Yummy~licious!
Train from Alexandria to Cairo
Alexandria Train Station
On the last day, we took a train back to Cairo from Alexandria. It's a very old train station whereby they are still using the old huge ticketing machine. A second-class train [air-conditioned] like this will cost you LE25/ person. For tourists, it is advisable not to take the non air-conditioned train.
Remember to buy your ticket in advance because it maybe fully booked.
In our case, we did not purchase the ticket in advance. Silly us, we thought we could just purchase the ticket on the spot like KTM or LRT here! But was told that it was fully booked when we tried to purchase the 6.30am train. Blessedly, there are still places left in the 8.15am train. The journey is about 3hours. Refreshment was served on the train (at your own cost). There is a toilet in the train, but use it only if you really cannot
Giza Pyramids & Sphinx, Cairo
"What's Egypt without going to pyramids?" I thought. And since our flight was a midnight flight, it gave us plenty of time in the afternoon to walk around Cairo. But before that, we have to checked into a hotel to put our luggage & to freshen up ourselves. A room with two single beds at The Baron, Heliopolis Hotel will cost you USD110/ night.
Best sugarcane water! 3 glasses for LE2.
Police traffic at almost every junction of roads in Cairo.
Me on camel, darling on horse. It was tiring sitting on the camel! It looks alot easier to watch people ride on the camel than sitiing on it yourself.
View of Cairo from the pyramids.
My camel! :)
For more pictures, please visit my FB album. :) Thank you!
I was at Egypt for business last week (15-19 May). Me & my colleague who is also my partner in life, went there for an exhibition. We took a 12 hours direct flight via EgyptAir. Everything went on smoothly: the flight was on time & the sitting were comfortable. Darling slept through the whole flight. He even skipped the meals. He always does that! He said he doesn't like airplane food. Actually, it wasn't that bad. Seen here, is my first meal: Chicken curry & vege with white rice, chocolate moouse & fruits.
Upon arriving at Cairo Airport, our client's tour agents were there to drove us to Alexandria in their private pajero. Alexandria or better known as Alex is the second largest city in Egypt. It extends about 32 km (20 miles) along the coast of the Mediterranean sea in north-central Egypt.
Alex has an atmosphere that is more Mediterranean than Middle Eastern ; its ambiance and cultural heritage distance it from the rest of the country although it is actually only 225 km. from Cairo.
You can witness this as you move from Cairo to Alex. Weather was much cooler (30°C - 19°C) at Alex, with the wind blowing from the coastline. Check out the wave in the video. And hear the wind blowing.
We stayed in Plaza Hotel, which is conveniently situated next to a shopping mall. 2 mins walk is all it takes to the mall. Along this stretch, there are numerous hotels. You have to careful which one you choose. If you're unlucky, you may end up with an unpleasant hotel. My client has booked a room with El-Haram, a 3-star hotel situated somewhere along the stretch, but he checked out immediately upon seeing his room. According to his complaints, there are no air-cond and the sounds from the bustle street below was annoyingly disturbing. Later, he checked into a hotel few mins down the road with USD90/night, happily.
Blessedly, ours was okay. A double bed room like this will cost you about USD80/ night : with air-conditioned, TV and mini fridge. Strangely the egyptian do not use hair-dryers, a useful gadget to dry your hair. When I learnt that there is no hair dryer in the room, i panicked. [You see, i couldn't live without washing my hair daily. And every time after washing my hair, i must blow dry it. It has become a norm for me ever since i purchased my first hair dryer 7 years ago. So, i must have a hair dryer!!] So, I called the receptionist. I said, "Good afternoon. I am calling from room 602. There is no hair dryer in my room. Can you get one for me?" The gentleman replied ,"Unfortunately, we do not have any hair dryer here." Couldn't believe my ears, I asked again, "You don't have hair dryer?!" He replied, "We don't have hair dryer." Realizing i heard the correct thing, disappointedly I said, "It's okay then. Thank you." Hearing my disappointment, the gentleman said, "Wait, wait" I waited a few seconds on the phone. I can hear him talking with his colleague in arabic. He returned to the phone and said, "Oh okay, we have one hair dryer. This is ours but we do not use it now. You can have it. We will bring it to your room later." I was thrilled, "Thank you so much". I thought how thoughtful & considerate he is! A thumbs up for him for the excellent way of handling guest's request. :)
The rate comes with free breakfast buffet for two. This is my favorite food over there: Fried sausages with green pepper & onion with tomatoes puree. It's yummier if taken with a fresh croissant like this. :)Unlike Malaysian who eat rice most of the time, peoples over here eat pastries. You can find all kind of pastries over here. Oh, and they love eating bread with dipping. If they were to eat rice, they would eat brown rice. [My observation might be wrong, so correct me if you know them better]
Found out from Emila about this cool video that i thought worth sharing. It's about anti racism and national unity - all about love. Check out their website: Malaysian Artistes for Unity. Enjoy the video!
