We had a
Lok Lok feast at mart's house yesterday night. We had prepared the raw ingredients in sticks. It took us about 2 hours to had all the raw food poked. As you can see, it's quite alot of food for 10 persons. When we wanted to eat, we just dumped in the sticks of our preferred raw ingredients into the pot.
What's the difference with the normal steamboat? I would say, it is hassle-free
(during eating) and more enjoyable. With the sticks, we can recognize which food we dumped into the pot first. Then it's easier to determine which is cooked and which is not yet.
