Alas!! I've completed our TGB makeover! As usual, I am abit slow when it comes to thinking of a new blog design. What's making it harder is that I am still deeply in love my Journey of Two + 1 template. My heart refused to move on, instead musing back on Journey of Two + 1. It took me a while to put my love for Journey of Two + 1 aside and come out with another nice design such as this. M did a wonderful job by contributing some interesting opinions here & there during the process. Now, M & I are two proud owners of our new lovely home! And we would like to welcome everyone to our new home. :)

Both M & I love to eat Goldenballs. Goldenball is the name given to it at Sushi King. I've tried making them last time but failed. The eggs were not well coated then. Since M love to eat Goldenball so much and it's so easy to make, I tried making them again on our Earth Hour dinner. I am so happy with the end result because it looks exactly like those in Sushi King. As a matter of fact, i think mine tasted better. lol!
Ingredients:
4 Hard Boiled Eggs
2 tbsp corn flour
1 tbsp starch flour
3 tbsp water
Breadcrumbs
4 crabstick
2 tbsp mayonnaise
Enough oil to deep-fry
1. Cut crabstick into tiny short strips. Combine with mayonnaise.
Tips: To cut crabstick into tiny short strips the fastest way, cut into 4 long strips first. Then holding the four strips together, cut thinly as you would like cutting a carrot.
2. Combine corn flour, starch flour and 3 tbsp water in a small bowl. Mix well.
3. Roll egg in flour mixture. Then to a bed of breadcrumbs. Coat the egg well with breadcrumbs. Make sure the whole egg is well coated.
Tips: While you are coating the egg with breadcrumbs, pour a few drops of flour mixture onto the egg, then quickly sprinkle some breadcrumbs on it. Press it on. Repeat this step until the whole egg is well cotaed. Because the surface of egg is slippery, it will takes some time to coat an egg.
4. Deep fry eggs in hot oil until golden brown. Dish it out, halve the eggs. Serve them with a spoonful of crabstick mayo on top.

I really enjoyed doing this makeover for Steph. Steph is an old online buddy of mine. Tho' we don't visit each others often but there's still a bonding between us. I love it everytime she's here, commenting happily at AGP or at TGB!
All along, I have been enjoying myself reading her lovely blog which is about her journey with her other half. In between she will talk about useful daily tips. That's why I was jumping for joy when she came to me for a blog makeover. Since we've such a good bonding, i think it should be easier for me to design a nice theme that suits her likeable. Her request for this makeover was really simple. She said she wanted an elegant yet homely blog. The rest of the details are up to me.
With only the theme to work with, I started on this makeover early this week. It took me 3-4 days just to think of this layout. I know I can easily do this makeover by using my old existing layout but I wanted each of my makeovers to have an unique design & layout. I am so thrilled and excited with the end result. And I've been so tempted to use this theme for TGB too. It's just so perfect for a Love Blog, don't you think!
I've also installed a script for password protected posts and a user-friendly change font widget. Meaning she can add a password to her private post. This is really useful if you don't want other peoples to read some of your private posts. And for the change font widget, it enables her readers to change the font at her blog easily.

While I was at the convenient store nearby my house just now, I saw that they are selling Kopiko 3-in-1 coffee in a foam cup. Remembering that Mon has recommended this coffee to us few months back while Marzie, LJ, Ane, Debbs, Mon and I were having our coffee talks, I quickly grabbed a cup without much hesitation. For a cup like this with one sachet of instant coffee, it cost you RM1. I think this individual packing is really neat for those on the go and those who wanted to try how this coffee taste like. If it's nice, then we can buy a pack of them later. And if it's not nice, then we only have to suffer drinking a cup.
When I got home, I quickly made myself a cup of my newly bought Kopiko coffee. I've got to say that I don't really like this Kopiko coffee. Maybe I am so used to drinking my favourite Injoy White Cappucino, this Kopiko coffee tasted rather thin for me. Or perhaps maybe i should add some ices in it, an iced coffee is always a good choice for me!
