Both M & I love to eat Goldenballs. Goldenball is the name given to it at Sushi King. I've tried making them last time but failed. The eggs were not well coated then. Since M love to eat Goldenball so much and it's so easy to make, I tried making them again on our Earth Hour dinner. I am so happy with the end result because it looks exactly like those in Sushi King. As a matter of fact, i think mine tasted better. lol! gelakguling
4 Hard Boiled Eggs
2 tbsp corn flour
1 tbsp starch flour
3 tbsp water
4 crabstick
2 tbsp mayonnaise
Enough oil to deep-fry

1. Cut crabstick into tiny short strips. Combine with mayonnaise.

Tips: To cut crabstick into tiny short strips the fastest way, cut into 4 long strips first. Then holding the four strips together, cut thinly as you would like cutting a carrot.

2. Combine corn flour, starch flour and 3 tbsp water in a small bowl. Mix well.

3. Roll egg in flour mixture. Then to a bed of breadcrumbs. Coat the egg well with breadcrumbs. Make sure the whole egg is well coated.

Tips: While you are coating the egg with breadcrumbs, pour a few drops of flour mixture onto the egg, then quickly sprinkle some breadcrumbs on it. Press it on. Repeat this step until the whole egg is well cotaed. Because the surface of egg is slippery, it will takes some time to coat an egg.

4. Deep fry eggs in hot oil until golden brown. Dish it out, halve the eggs. Serve them with a spoonful of crabstick mayo on top.
