Hey guys! I am sure you guys remember my previous posts about the most memorable pick-up line and the worst pick-up line, rite! In my posts, I've said that whatever it is, we must be sincere and own the Victory Hair to win the first impression, rite! So, what do you guys understood by my saying of Victory Hair?
Let me give you an example based our (me & M) first meeting up after we left high school. Yes, we've been to the same high school. M has been admiring me since form 2 (14 years old) but he didn't make any move to talk to me except for all the cute gifts he has given me during Valentine's day, Canteen Day, Teacher's Day and other small functions we had in school. So, when we met up again at my friend's birthday party, I was really shy. We were 19 years old at that time.
I've noticed him because he has the sexiest hairstyle in the room, at least that is what i thought. I couldn't believe my eyes that this attractive guy was my admirer. He came up to me and said, "Hi, nice meeting you again here! How have you been?" We started chit-chatting away. Then all of the sudden, he commented, "I couldn't help myself from noticing that your hair has grown alot longer now and it really suits you. I think you look beautiful with this hairstyle!" I was speechless for a few seconds, for i didn't see this compliment coming. My cheek was burning like garlic bread on charcoal, and i knew i was blushing. Then I said, "Well, you too! You've a great sense of style now compared to last time. Your hair looks great!" We both smiled.
And that's my definition of victory hair: Gorgeous hairstyle that can attract someone to you like bees to honey. It pays off to 'beautify' your hair. I'm so glad that I've took the effort to 'beautify' my hair at that time. As I said, first impression is always important. :)

That is the worst pick-up line I've ever heard. If a stranger with the best looking feature, topped with a Victory Hair walks to me and offer to buy me a drink, I'll definitely reject. Why? Don't I have money to buy my own drink? But since he has a seductive Victory Hair, I'll give him a chance if he changed his pick-up line.

My darling made this during one of his good mood. Usually i don't eat kuih dadar, but since this one is made of love, i ate a piece. It was pretty yummy~licious. The smells of coconut and taste of palm sugar were a good combination. Good job, darling! :)
Kuih dadar is soft, spongy pandan-flavored pancakes make into rolls with grated coconut & palm sugar for filling. The ingredients needed are quite the same as Onde-onde, but the cooking process are totally different.
Ingredient: 200ml thick coconut milk (from 1/2 a coconut) 150ml water
6 pandan leaves (cleaned, cut into pieces and blended with 50ml water and strained for juice)
1. To make the filling, bring Ingredients B to a boil. Simmer until sugar turn syrupy. Add in grated coconut and cook until almost dry. Keep on stirring to prevent burnt. Leave to cool.
2. To make the crepe, sift Ingredients A into a mixing bowl. Add the egg and mix in coconut milk, water and pandan juice. Combine well.
3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium flame. Pour in enough batter to make a think crepe. Cook until crepe is slightly brown then flip over and cook the other side.
4. Remove crepe to a plate, add a spoonful of filling and roll up neatly.

I love watching My Best Friend's Wedding! This is one of the few movies that i can watch again and again, and say the script along as it plays. The most memorable line that I love in this movie is "if you love someone you say it, you say it right then, out loud. Otherwise the moment just...passes you by". How true this is! Feelings are magical, it comes & goes as it likes. So, if you love someone, you say it out loud, there and then.
For me, there's no cheesy pick-up line if you are sincere. My most hated household chores are:
1. Sweeping - I can never sweep properly and my back hurts alot after sweeping. I prefered vacuuming. :)
2. Cleaning the bathroom - Who likes to get her hands and fingernails all dirty and smelly?
3. Washing dishes - There are times when I would enjoy washing the dishes but most of the time, it's a tedious chore for me. Thank goodness I have a maid to help me wash the dishes. :P

Finally, I've finished knitting this adorable pink knit wear for Ariel. I am now into my second pet's wear knitting for Brownie. It is in red colour.
I remembered sometime around last year, Marzie has tagged Ariel & Brownie on wearing red. Ariel don't have any red clothes, so i hope pink is acceptable, afterall she looks prettier in pink. :)

I was also thinking of selling hand-knitted pet wear. It was actually the idea of my friend & I. She was the one who taught me how to knit pet's wear. We are testing the market now and if there's a market, we will open an online business together. So, what do you think? Will you buy this for your pets?
